Have not been blogging for a couple of months,

Work life has been so hectic that I may have lost my direction.

Whats worse, Appraisal cum Grading cum Ranking all come crashing at the same time.

Seriously, I really do not want a default C, but it certainly looked like I haven't done anything to justify the higher grade that I wanna achieve.

Be contented with what you are given.
