Just came home at 730pm, caught a bit of ch8 show which I missed for abt 2 weeks le.

okie dokie, so lab ran quite smoothly today.
It seems that the old media didnt work well enough for my cell culture to grow.
So I decided to use LB (Luria-Bertani) media, dun really like the smell tho.
This morning did inoculation and I was introduced to the -80deg freezer in WS lvl 3.
Open the freezer, put your hand in, it just feel like snowing!!
Lyon very suagu one, haha, was amazed.
Didnt know such a freezer exist, cuz normally I don't pass by it to use my PCR machine.
so nv notice.
Will be measuring the OD (Optical Density) of the media daily.
I shall be praying that the culture grow as fast as possible lolx,
so I can add in my long-awaited Tetracycline antibiotics.
That bottle of chemical I bought came like one wk ago, still in the cabinet...oh well...a lil' lonely :p
Actually, I am still not very sure what I am doin', sometimes I am just following her instructions. Hopefully everything will fall into their correct places eventually.

A friend once told me, it takes time and effort to truly show concern to a person.
