Last week of July

Yes, if you are just like me and have not realised, this is the last week of July.

Especially significant for me when I have lots of July wishes still unfulfilled, actually just a couple left, didn't have a long list to start with anyway. And I doubt I will be able to get it done, still hoping for miracles and keeping my fingers crossed. Strangely enough, I do not wish for August to arrive.

For the first time in two months, this was the first weekend I actually stayed home for most of the time. In fact, I am really proud of myself that I didn't even head out today. Initial plan was to dinner with LLF, but Harry Potter wins it all =( And so Mr Lyon was lying on his bed at home, looking at those work documents that he brought back on fri. Supposed to work on it, but after staring at them for the whole day, nothing productive has been achieved.

Two weddings to attend this week. Went for xms classmate, Felicia's wedding at Sentosa Capella Hotel last weekend and was amazed by the exquisite table gift. Finally had a chance to meet up with the 4e1 guys, we are 26 years old and still act pretty childish and fooling around with our jokes. I had fun, seriously, I havn't been happy for a very long period.

Checked my CJ Dance card, have already missed 3 classes. Been trying to tell myself to go but its really tough nowadays. I just need to let go of certain things, forget those personal considerations and I will be fine.

Feeling a little paranoid nowadays.

Seeing double vision, its pretty scary and I aint sure if I will be able to continue to drive.

But I am monitoring closely.

LLF doesn't know.

And perhaps I should just keep it this way for the time being.

I used to laugh at those family quarrels on TV because I felt that those people are so childish quarreling over trivial issues when there are more important stuff to see to, and that TV is never a replicate of reality. Now I have second thoughts. And as eldest son of the family, I come to realise that there are mysteries in life that I can never find the truth to. Given the right to speak up does not mean that things will definitely go your way.

Getting ready my 1 dollar parking coupons for the coming week.....

Avril is in Town!

Woohoo!!

Yup! Sound so exciting isn't it!

Punk-Rock chick Avril Lavigne is gonna perform LIVE at the Singapore Indoor Stadium tonight.

Its been a few years since she last held her very first Sg concert.

And sadly I do not have a ticket yet, though they are still on sale at sistic.

How I wish I could reward myself...

I am a HUGE Avril fan!

Its a tough decision because I went for a concert early this year, spent almost $300, burnt a big big hole in my pocket. Normally, I have a strict budget for concerts every year. So I guess I have to keep to it =( Tried calling in to win tickets lol, the line almost got through last friday, but my line was cut off (due to poor reception), so was my chance of attending.

But then....I probably would be hanging around the stadium to grab limited Avril merchandises, hopefully they are affordable and I really like it. Aww, I really need an updated poster of her haha! She has grown up!!

Actually, the news of her performing in Town only came 2 months ago and I heard she made some changes to her Black Star tour because of the Japan Disaster. It was initially scheduled to be an Asia Tour without Singapore but oh well, anyway, the Avril Fan Club is ready to welcome her anytime =)

Oh, and I bought a T-shirt online from Abbey Dawn, Avril's own clothing line.
